THE VENUE
Astoria World Manor
Astoria World Manor is a unique event space in the Astoria neighborhood of Queens, NY. We are super excited to host droidcon NYC and Fluttercon USA as co-located events at this quite unusual but very spacious venue.
Astoria, located in the northwest corner of Queens, is a culturally diverse and extremely safe neighborhood. Traditionally home to a large concentration of Greeks, these days you’ll find Italians, Mexicans, Bangladeshis, and other ethnicities all living in Astoria. It also attracts New Yorkers from other parts of the city as Astoria is well-connected to public transit.

The Hyatt Place Long Island City
The Hyatt Place Long Island City is a modern New York hotel over the east river from Times Square and Rockefeller Center. It is located 20 min by public transport and 13 min by taxi from the droidcon New York 2024 venue. It is only a 4-minute walk from the nearest subway station, 3 miles from The Museum of Modern Art and 4 miles from sporting/entertainment events at Madison Square Garden.
